Vicks VapoRub Topical Chest Rub

Growing up my grandmother would rub this on our chests and neck before sleep to help us breathe in the night and I find it soothing. Great if you struggle with sinus congestion and allergies. I also sometimes put it under my nostrils to help me breathe during public speaking or presentations when I was in grad school.
