
I am an iron deficient thus usually cold queen. Sometimes I am so chilled that I genuinely can’t get warm again without a hot shower or bath. Water has always helped me reset mentally as well. I love a good bubble bath soak. This pictured scenario is my peak but even if it’s just a soak without bubbles it helps. However, a glass of whatever, candles,(music, book, show or silence), bubble bath, bath bomb or epson salts and just literally soaking it in. (the painting in the background was done by my mom but inspired by how much I will not get out of the bath)
