Seconding this recommendation I did the castle tour last July and the boat rides and looking at the houses on both the US and Canadian side was beautiful.

This is where I grew up and will be visiting my family this summer 🇨🇦 There is both a US and Canadian side so everyone can enjoy. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world in the summer. Take a boat cruise, visit Boldt Castle and swim in the cleanest fresh water!
